been working on a new cockpit graphic for the widescreen version if IndyCar II the past few nights, trying to make something a little more realistic
I love trying to make things like this within the limits of an old game and try to make it feel like it belongs

Enjoyed the IndyCar race last night greatly!
wished sports weren't so pushed around by TV. Should have been a Saturday night race
Got pushed to FS1 anyway for the start because of.. UFL !
And the short delays meant there were probably about 92 of us watching at the end anyway

One of the reasons races looked like this in the 80s/90s were because the at-track experience was prioritized - Good start times, good date equity
Hope the TV rating was worth it π

I've never understood the love of the marlboro livery. Im happy to admit im the odd one out here and its a bad take, but to me its just the cigarette pack plastered on the car
I feel like it only looks good on an MP4/4 or a PC23 because those cars are what looks good!
