The lastest stage of negotiations for a #GlobalPlasticsTreaty begin in Busan, South Korea today.
With just 17% of our plastic being recycled, and 58% being incinerated, people in Manchester want @SteveReedMP to get us a deal that starts to reduce the amount produced.
