Hearing of Martin Parrโs passing reminded us of the photos he took at the Oval Bandstand in 1986 a nostalgic seaside moment displayed at the Centre Pompidou & Tokyo Photographic Art Museum. Part of his Home & Abroad collection, itโs a small but special piece of our local story๐

Dog fouling is blighting our parks & beaches, yet @ThanetCouncil issued just 37 fines since 2016, despite 622 reports and only 3 penalties in 5 years (a 0.48% success rate!).
