We have just received approval for the Design Code and the RMA for the 1st phase of 200 homes at Chilton Woods for Taylor Wimpey. Chilton Woods is a new mixed-use development to the NE of the historic market town of Sudbury, delivering 1150 homes, a new school and Village Centre.

Recent Sunday Times article about an innovative idea to reduce car use - driverless cars in Chelmsford Garden Village, Essex. The article was illustrated with our design for Beaulieu Chase, Chelmsford. We used more familiar measures to create a walkable neighbourhood.
