Best day I’ve had on my service.
EIGHT winners!
Selt to beat Un Nooh 10/11✅
Mertens to beat Dale 10/11✅
Xing to beat M White 6/1✅
Gong to beat Brown 13/2✅
Xing 2.5 13/8✅
Xing highest break 12/5✅
Xing/Gong 3.5 Double 8/5✅
And best of all….
Xing/Gong 48/1 Double✅
I know it’s Ryan Thomerson’s prerogative to continue if he wants but this is an utter joke @WeAreWST.
He needs 5 snookers to draw on the brown. It’s been going on for more than 10 mins!
People tune off for this kind of shit. Need a new rule so this doesn’t happen in future.

Every credit in the world to @philokane147.
Many congratulations!
I am pretty sceptical over a load of these ‘Q School regulars’ who keep forking out massive costs to compete. Most are no hopers and need to give up the ghost unfortunately.
Phil proved he’s not one of those.
'You see one of your mates you beat in practice do really well and you think, "why can't that be me?" But that's what keeps the dream alive and pumping.'
Pleasure to chat to @philokane147 about outside the pro game.
He's back for a 14th crack at Q School

Many congratulations to Panchaya Channoi.
2 year tour card and richly deserved. What a route to the title.
Two centuries in the final as well.
Quality.
🏆 PANCHAYA CHANNOI IS WORLD WOMEN'S SNOOKER CHAMPION 2026! 🏆
Thailand's Panchaya Channoi has defeated Reanne Evans 6-2 to win the World Women's Snooker Championship for the first time in her career.
The 18-year-old claimed the scalps of Bai Yulu, Mink Nutcharut and Evans to earn a breakthrough first WWS Tour title and secure a two-year professional WST card.
She becomes the second player to complete the world and Under-21 title double, emulating the achievement of Bai in 2024.
She becomes the third Thai winner of the event, following in the footsteps of Mink and Siripaporn Nuanthakhamjan.

Looking at next season’s snooker calendar, there’s a decent gap between the Xi’an Grand Prix (finishes 4th Oct) & Northern Ireland Open (starts 18th Oct) to surely have a Ryder Cup style event.
China v GB & Ireland or
Rest of the World v GB & Ireland
Make it happen @WeAreWST!
To say I’m disappointed would be a huge understatement, don’t remember feeling this low after a snooker event…
I wasn’t in the mental state of mind to play that match in a practice room to be honest I was in a state of shock at what was unfolding.
Literally heartbroken.
Prediction.
If Wu Yize isn’t a top 16 player in the next 5-7 years, I will eat my 🎩
Excuse my French but what a f****** good player!
How the hell was he 13/8 to beat Tian Pengfei today?! Paddy Power’s odds compiler went 4/9 on Tian - hold your head in shame!
10-2 spanking!
Wang Xinbo has won the latest CBSA China Tour event in Wuhan, beating Chang Bingyu 5-0 in the final - playing some incredible snooker! 🤯
Chang made breaks of 116, 141, 110, 109, 129, 132, 139, 113 and 103 earlier in the tournament! 😳

It’s great to be at the Crucible, I’ve been loads of times, the best venue in the world.
However the prices now are a disgrace.
I would much rather (and have done so for 30 years) go the final two days of qualifying at an incredible £12 per day which is incredible value!
The dust has settled…
THAT was a World Championship to savour.
No luck about it.
A worthy winner.
The bottle Wu Yize showed.
His mental strength too.
Understated. Staggering.
22 years old!
One hell of a champion.
The only travesty is JV wasn’t there to witness it all!
