Funny how you can attend one session and leave with a completely different perspective.
For me, the biggest lesson was that the transition from Web2 to Web3 is not just about making money or chasing the next trend. It is about learning early, staying curious, and understanding the ideas that could shape the future.
One conversation from today kept replaying in my head, and it was about
@zano_project. I had seen the name around before, but I never really understood what it was building. Learning that Zano has been quietly developing since 2019 with a focus on privacy first technology changed the way I looked at it. In a digital world where almost everything is tracked, building a blockchain that gives people more control over their data and digital assets feels less like a luxury and more like a necessity.
What I appreciate most is that the vision is not built around hype. It is built around solving a real problem and staying committed to it over time. In a space where new projects appear every day, there is something refreshing about seeing a team focused on creating real value.
One thing I am taking away from today is that opportunities do not always announce themselves loudly. Sometimes, they come as knowledge. They come from listening, asking questions, and taking the time to understand what is being built before everyone else catches on.
From Web2 to Web3, the future belongs to those who learn early. Knowledge is, and will always be, the real alpha.
Special appreciation to
@ZanoAfrica for creating an avenue for students and young people to learn, connect, and see beyond the noise. Huge respect as well to
@MBolaCrypto and
@Lil_King for sharing valuable insights and making the session engaging and worthwhile. And of course, kudos to the entire
@zano_project team for building with a long term vision and showing that privacy still has a place in the future of Web3.
