I saw this firsthand a few times and got into a verbal with a streamer's crew member (mod? security? Whatever you want to call them) because they were collectively occupying too much of a limited booth. So, yeah, it was a different vibe.
Not necessarily a complaint just an observation β there were so many IRL streamers at twitch con. Maybe 100 times more than years past. Also so many streamers have their own cameraman and that was unexpected. It definitely changes the vibe of the event when everyoneβs interacting with their own chats while walking around. Low-key there was a huge lack of consideration from a lot of people. I was hearing complaints from friends with mobility issues that streamers and their cameraman would just walk in front of their mobility scooters or wheelchairs and have no consideration for others and that fucking blows.
