News24 Group donated R8 million to the ANC! News24 will not tell you this in the hit piece they are planning against @afriforum.
I place on record that @News24 refused to answer AfriForum’s questions regarding its parent company’s donations of R8 million to the ANC between 2021 and 2025. These questions were aimed at determining whether News24 considers it justifiable for its parent company to fund the ANC while numerous individuals in the ANC leadership have been implicated in corruption.
This question was relevant to AfriForum’s ability to respond effectively to News24’s enquiries, as reference is made to donations by one of the parent company’s fellow donors to the ANC, namely Thebe Stockbroking.

I'm yet to meet a single homeless person who is homeless because they have no money. Everyone I meet is homeless because the pressure of life was too much for them and checking out was easier.
People are telling me Elon's wealth is tied up in shares.
OK then, why doesn't he give every American homeless person $1 million in shares?

This is why a 17 year old's opinion doesn't matter.
Countries require borders because things like infrastructure, structural planning, educational planning and town planning require reliable data of who will live where in the next 20,30,50 years.
Without the ability to predict that you will inevitably run into the mess we see now with water, electricity, roads, ports, railways and housing.
We already have an incompetent government, lump in millions of illegal migrants and you end with a humanitarian crisis, starvation, pandemic and societal collapse.

There's one issue always with how these polls are done and it's that it asks broad questions but in its broad nature it misses that the differences lie in the details.
For example, 70% of South Africans agree that BEE and empowerment doesn't work and should be reworked however how it's reworked is where we will find total conflicting answers and positions.
The leftist answer will be that the state must solve the issue of empowerment through taxes and redistribution of wealth
The conservative answer would be that the state must focus on fixing education and leave empowerment to the free market where well educated citizens can then find work and empower themselves.
These 2 positions are beyond reconciliation since they are by nature mutually exclusive.

Polling by the Social Research Foundation and The Common Sense shows a country whose citizens are moderate, centrist, practical, and committed to living and working together to build a great country – and it cannot be stressed often enough that South Africa’s greatest asset now is the common ground and the common values that exist among its people.

I have received serious allegations that certain SAPS members stationed at Philippi East SAPS may be directly or indirectly involved in taxi business interests.
The allegations concern a sergeant, another sergeant, and a constable at the station. It is alleged that some of these members may themselves own taxis, and that one member has been linked to a taxi bearing his own name.
Serving police members cannot simply run or control taxi interests while policing communities where taxi violence, intimidation, extortion and organised crime are constant risks.
If these interests were not properly declared and approved, it is not lawful. It is a conflict of interest and a direct threat to public trust in SAPS.
I am formally reporting this matter to the National Commissioner and the Minister of Police, and I am asking SAPS management to verify ownership, check declarations, investigate possible outside remunerative work, and determine whether any SAPS authority or access was abused.
Good police officers must not be tainted by members who treat the uniform as cover for private interests.
There must be a proper investigation and consequence management where wrongdoing is confirmed. IC
