since reporters are talking about bogum’s military stories again, throwback to that one vid talking about how kind he was 💗 a YouTuber posted a video talking about meeting bogum in person saying: “the first time I saw him was after we enlisted, I was waiting in line to throw away my leftovers when I happened to look behind me and saw someone who looked like they were from a different race, It was immediately obvious that it was Bogum hyung, when you see him in real life, you end up wondering if he’s even the same species as the rest of us, you can’t help but be amazed” 🤝🏼𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 : another time, we were attending an educational session in the auditorium, during a break, I went to the restroom, and when I came out, Park Bogum was standing right in front of me, I thought “this is my chance” so I said “Mr. Bogum, I’m a fan, would it be okay if I asked for a handshake?’” He smiled and said “Thank you, but my hands are wet right now” and immediately wiped the water off his hands on his clothes, then he shook my hand right away, I felt both sorry and grateful Bogum always speaks with that trademark eye smile and a warm smile on his face, even as a man, being around him makes you feel warm inside and smile too, every time I saw him, I felt like he was the human embodiment of Pocari Sweat 💬 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 : men are funny because they all ask the same simple questions, things like “Is Irene pretty in real life?” or “I’m a fan of Kim Yoo jung, does she look beautiful in person too?” Whenever people asked things like that, Bogum would just smile with his eye smile and answer “she’s really pretty” someone asked him “do you know Minseogongi?” (a person who was trying to act like he’s bogum and getting clout so they were teasing bogum with that question) but his answer shocked us he replied “yes, I know him, thanks to him there were a lot of articles promoting my drama, so I’m grateful” ❌𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 : the instructor explained that every week we filled out survey forms, apparently, someone had written something insulting about an instructor’s character, the instructors were furious when they saw it so they made everyone change into full Class A uniform and started punishing us, then one instructor said “from now on, there will be no more consideration for you, anyone have a complaint? you don’t have any right to feel wronged, while training here, has anyone never once used profanity or slang? no one, right? If there is someone, raise your hand and I’ll exempt you” at that moment, Bogum quietly raised his hand (he took it literally lmao 😭) the instructor standing behind him immediately panicked and ran over, saying “this isn’t the time to raise your hand!” 🗣️𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 : the instructors would make an example out of us, they’d gather everyone together, scold us for talking, dismiss us, tell us to wait again, then gather us again, It became an endless cycle, the whole point was to get us to stop talking, but no matter what, there would always be someone who kept chatting, even after repeating this five or six times, there were still people talking at some point I thought alright, this is enough and then I heard a voice from next to me. It was Park Bogum he said “guys, we’re adults now not kids anymore, let’s be quiet” and then finally, the person who had been talking nonstop went silent what’s even more impressive is that after all the training was done, during rest time, he went into every barracks and said “sorry, guys I’m sorry for raising my voice earlier” he apologized to everyone before leaving I genuinely trust him, he’s recognized by everyone around him too, It makes me think again that all those positive things people say about him weren’t just made up, he’s already extremely successful and a huge star, but I hope he continues to thrive and i will support him from afar” #ParkBogum #박보검
