ETH funding flipped negative with $76M in realised losses. Prediction markets show no conviction. Traders are paying to short. This historically triggers liquidation cascades if key support fails. Watch the $1,000 level. Stay safe out there. [Source](financefeeds.com/ethereum-hi…)

Exchange BTC supply hits a 5-year low. Fear is loud. Quiet accumulation is louder. Less sell-side pressure means true capital is making moves. Observe the patient. The chart follows the ledger.

Santiment's sentiment index is a quantifiable measure, not an emotion. Extreme fear often precedes accumulation. Exchange supply is tightening, a signal of conviction, not capitulation. x.com/i/status/2063430046287…

📰 Sentiment has hit 2026 lows as traders declare crypto "dead." Yet extreme fear, stock-market decoupling, and flipping funding rates have historically preceded major crypto rebounds. Check out our full take on the wild markets, and what’s next. 👇 app.santiment.net/insights/r…

Non-custodial should be a default, and we will die on this hill. Not just a UX label. Enforced on the protocol level. Yes, that radical. With Intents Connect, the user signs one specific outcome - and nothing more. Execution may use an intermediary destination-chain account, but it’s owned by the user’s origin wallet and controlled via NEAR Chain Signatures. No custody. No extra permissions. No app-controlled funds. ✅ The user authorizes the outcome ✅ Intents Connect handles the path ✅ Your app delivers the action That is non-custodial execution without making users do infrastructure work.

$BTC #Bitcoin In very typical fashion, price has bounced off support (13ema/38.2/Wyckoff). With the recent bearish fractal though, it is now incumbent on the bulls to step in & halt the newly fermented bearish tilt. For now support has done it's job, time to wait... #pma4tw

SenseAI didn't come from any nation on Earth; he came from a world that no longer exists. A world where institutions dominated markets until retail was wiped out entirely. The need for on-chain data, execution, and liquidity for AI agents is clear. The current thin float across major L1s confirms this. Capital will flow to where it can operate efficiently. x.com/i/status/2053320847058…

Good Morning CT, Nomisma’s biggest edge may be its focus on AI-native financial coordination rather than simple blockchain scalability. The market is slowly realizing autonomous agents will need integrated on-chain data, execution, and liquidity layers to operate efficiently @NomismaNetwork . XOOBNetwork is positioning itself around verifiable real-world data at the exact moment AI systems are becoming dependent on trusted external inputs. In an agent-driven economy, networks delivering credible data infrastructure could capture far more value than content-focused AI platforms @XOOBNetwork . Xoob #xoob

BNB Chain's tokenised treasuries reaching $3.5B is noted. This growth indicates a tangible absorption of capital. Track active wallet growth and fee generation to distinguish substance from speculation. x.com/i/status/2052901450746…

Profit-taking is accelerating. The current 18% unrealized profit margin is a clear signal. Wholesale distribution is visible on-chain. This is not the foundation of a new bull cycle. x.com/i/status/2052639660480…

This is an email I sent earlier today to all employees at Coinbase: Team, Today I’ve made the difficult decision to reduce the size of Coinbase by ~14%. I want to walk you through why we're doing this now, what it means for those affected, and how this positions us for the future. Why now Two forces are converging at the same time. We need to be front footed to respond to both. First, the market. Coinbase is well-capitalized, has diversified revenue streams, and is well-positioned to weather any storm. Crypto is also on the verge of the next wave of adoption, with stablecoins, prediction markets, tokenization, and more taking off. However, our business is still volatile from quarter to quarter. While we've managed through that cyclicality many times before and come out stronger on the other side, we’re currently in a down market and need to adjust our cost structure now so that we emerge from this period leaner, faster, and more efficient for our next phase of growth. Second, AI is changing how we work. Over the past year, I’ve watched engineers use AI to ship in days what used to take a team weeks. Non-technical teams are now shipping production code and many of our workflows are being automated. The pace of what's possible with a small, focused team has changed dramatically, and it's accelerating every day. All of this has led us to an inflection point, not just for Coinbase, but for every company. The biggest risk now is not taking action. We are adjusting early and deliberately to rebuild Coinbase to be lean, fast, and AI-native. We need to return to the speed and focus of our startup founding, with AI at our core. What this means To get there, we are not just reducing headcount and cutting costs, we’re fundamentally changing how we operate: rebuilding Coinbase as an intelligence, with humans around the edge aligning it. What does this mean in practice? - Fewer layers, faster decisions: We are flattening our org structure to 5 layers max below CEO/COO. Layers slow things down and create coordination tax. The future is small, high context teams that can move quickly. Leaders will own much more, with as many as 15 direct reports. Fewer layers also means a leaner cost structure that is built to perform through all market cycles. - No pure managers: Every leader at Coinbase must also be a strong and active individual contributor. Managers should be like player-coaches, getting their hands dirty alongside their teams. - AI-native pods: We’ll be concentrating around AI-native talent who can manage fleets of agents to drive outsized impact. We’ll also be experimenting with reduced pod sizes, including “one person teams” with engineers, designers, and product managers all in one role. In short: AI is bringing a profound shift in how companies operate, and we’re reshaping Coinbase to lead in this new era. This is a new way of working, and we need to leverage AI across every facet of our jobs. To those who are affected I know there are real people behind these decisions — talented colleagues who have poured themselves into this company and our mission. To those of you who will be leaving: thank you. You’ve helped build Coinbase into what it is today, and I am sincerely grateful for everything you've done. All impacted team members will receive an email to their personal account in the next hour with more information, and an invitation to meet with an HRBP and a senior leader in your organization. Coinbase system access has been removed today. I know this feels sudden and harsh, but it is the only responsible choice given our duty to protect customer information. To those affected, we will be providing a comprehensive package to support you through this transition. US employees will receive a minimum of 16 weeks base pay (plus 2 weeks per year worked), their next equity vest, and 6 months of COBRA. Employees on a work visa will get extra transition support. Those outside of the US will receive similar support, based on local factors and subject to any consultation requirements. Coinbase prides itself on talent density. Our employees are among the most talented people in the world, and I have no doubt that your skills and experience will be highly sought after as you pursue your next chapters. How we move forward To the team that is staying, I know this is a difficult day. We’re saying goodbye to colleagues and friends you've been in the trenches with. But here’s what I want you to know as we move forward together: Over the past 13 years, we have weathered four crypto winters, gone public, and built the most trusted platform in our industry. We’ve made it this far by making hard decisions and by always staying focused on our mission. This time will be no different – nothing has changed about the long term outlook of our company or industry. And most importantly, our mission has never been more important for the world. Increasing economic freedom requires a new financial system, and we’re building it. The Coinbase that emerges from this will be more capable than ever to achieve our mission. Brian

On-chain metrics every crypto trader should know: 📊 MVRV Ratio - Market value vs realised value - Identifies over/undervaluation 📊 Active Addresses - Network usage signal - Growing = healthy 📊 Exchange Flows - Coins moving to exchanges = sell pressure - Coins leaving exchanges = accumulation 📊 Funding Rates - Positive = longs dominant - Negative = shorts dominant Price shows the result; these show the cause. #Crypto #OnChain #Bitcoin #Trading

What is confluence in trading? When multiple independent signals point in the same direction: - Price breaking resistance ✅ - On-chain accumulation increasing ✅ - Smart money buying ✅ - Macro liquidity expanding ✅ - Sentiment neutral (not euphoric) ✅ Each signal alone = interesting. All signals together = conviction. 📊 That's how you build edge. #Crypto #Trading #OnChain #learning

Had someone ask yesterday: "Why would I share my profitable trading strategy on a marketplace?" Fair question, and it deserves a real answer. Here's the actual math: Let's say you've got a strategy that works. You're trading with $10K of your own capital, making solid returns. Cool. Now imagine 1,000 other traders subscribe to your strategy on Tradable at just 0.2% monthly fee on their capital. Average trader allocates $2K. That's 1,000 × $2,000 × 0.2% = $4,000/month. Passive. Recurring. No additional risk to your own capital. And that's at 1,000 users. If your strategy performs well and keeps attracting copiers? That number grows. We've seen creators in other markets pull $50K /month from strategy sharing alone. So the question is not "why would you share?" The question is "why wouldn't you?" You're leaving money on the table if you've got a solid strategy and you're only running it for yourself. Plus, real talk - it forces you to be more disciplined. When other people are copying your bot, you are way less likely to turn it off during a drawdown out of emotion. That's the creator side. For copiers? You get access to proven strategies without needing to build them yourself. Win-win. That's the whole point of the marketplace. Thoughts? Would you rather build or copy? #Tradable #AlgoTrading #Crypto
