An excellent & extremely motivating start for the weekend! See you soon the next month on the #careStage session...till then, take good care!
Every month with #careStage we try to bring up a topic of current times but also somewhere related to compassion & well-being. This month we had the pleasure of inviting Rachel ter Horst with us to understand the limits of caregiving in crisis situations such as Afghanistan.
This time on #careStage, we plan to discuss the role of compassion in the world of humanitarians, and especially the Afghanistan tragedy. Our guest speaker is going to be Rachel ter Horst who is a seasoned and all-round medical doctor and humanitarian care professional

@Chamutal1 and @sandertideman had a thought-provoking discussion on this topic and the audiences poured in their thoughts on how self-care is perceived differently in different parts of the world. Here's a blog on the discussion lnkd.in/dZ2ibqPW
