Hey @jet2tweets, I submitted a complaint form on 23/05, and it said, "Thanks for your feedback. You'll receive an email from us shortly..." but I haven't received anything. Nothing in SPAM or Junk, and no reference number when submitted to chase anything. How do I get a response?

Watching @thecure on @BBCRadio2 and decades after I first heard them they just seem to get better and better. Always amazing live and bringing back many happy memories. @RobertSmith continues to be a legend and I can't wait for Songs of a Lost World to drop in a few days #excited

Hard to imagine how awesome beers with @FryRsquared, @neiltyson and @ProfBrianCox would be. They effortlessly make incredibly complex information accessible and understandable for everyone. I know I'd feel stupid in their presence, but how do I make that happen? I'll pay ;-)

It’s ludicrous that we only expect young people to go to university. Time to throw open the doors to all and sundry - a massive expansion of places and provision is needed - free to all. We work too much and we learn too little.
I’m sure The Spectator will be arguing this.

Not happy with the @nationaltrust at all. Member has passed (father-in-law) and was the account holder and person who paid for membership. NT won’t allow us to cease the membership until the joint named person (his partner) also confirms they want to cease membership. Ridiculous

Found out today we lost our planning appeal. Seems wrong that zero and low-emission vehicles are listed in the National Planning Policy but are routinely disregarded by planners and inspectors as a sustainable transport choice as their use can’t be secured by condition
