Brilliant Mental Health Awareness course was delivered at Gatewen this week by Sean Liddell @MindfulTrainLtd. Great to see employers taking proactive steps towards looking after employee wellbeing. Loads of good conversations taking place and plenty of listening going on.

We are now a donation point for @giventoshine - a foodbank service providing local families with help with food. They support 2,500 local households and this work is vital as local food poverty is at unprecedented levels. Products can be dropped into our Llay office
