SIMPLE explanation of how blupets works: @bunya_eth turned ONE blue pixel into 8,192 little sealed mystery blocks (Blupets). the blocks were minted for $10 on OpenSea. It stays locked until you reveal it yourself onchain with Chainlink randomness — fair dice roll, no dev can rig the traits. Reveal gives you a color one of 64 “vibes” (basically its personality DNA). Most colors are common, but there’s a tiny chance at ultra-rare. The actual game starts after reveal: You can merge any two. Burn one, keep the other (token ID stays the same), and choose which vibe survives. Mix colors to create new families. 🚨 Stack 8 of the same color for a pure bloodline 🚨 This creates deflation actual evolution. Think Pokemon fusion but onchain and permanent. 🚨 The end goal is living creatures with real personality that can later act on their own (AGENTIC). 🚨 Everything lives in smart contracts so anyone can build on it later. TL;DR: Cheap sealed packs → fair onchain reveal → actual breeding/evolution that burns supply → future utility baked in. Pixel creatures that grow instead of just sitting there.

I talk to many people about Normies. Usually I have no problem explaining why, in my opinion, this collection belongs in the history books. Not only as digital art, but as a cultural object with real implications for the AI-agentic future. But sometimes I get asked questions I am not fully prepared for. Today someone asked me: “What was the catalyst that made the price move so far from mint?” And after thinking about it, I realized something. The answer is not really hidden in a chart. The answer is in Normies Awakening. That album contains so much of what Normies actually are: the culture, the people, the belief system, the moral foundations, the ethical standards, the strange beauty, the conviction, the awakening. Over time, these vibes are expected to influence how a Blupet behaves, responds, or interacts in digital environments the idea is that evolution doesn’t just change appearance so it gradually builds identity and personality.
