I love Chandler but he needs to retire. He’s become a punching bag to this division.

The event looks really good, but I hate these red and blue colours. Yeah you could argue that these are the colours of their corners and they always existed, but these gloves didn’t.

You can literally see the 2022 world cup logo in the back. Why are people lying for interactions??? Never understood that
This is how the Japanese national team left its locker room after drawing to Netherlands in Dallas 👏👏 Class.
Community note
This is from the Qatar 2022 World Cup as it says in the image. This is engagement bait. x.com/asensii20/stat…

That’s just bullshit.
In 2007, the standards of living in the United States and Western Europe were similar, and most people don’t realize how much things have diverged since the US boomed after the global financial crisis and Europe didn’t. They don’t fully understand how we’re living and we don’t fully understand how they’re living; even when we visit Europe as tourists, we don’t see their tiny, sad flats and their depressing grocery stores. That is why Europeans visiting for the World Cup are going to, like, a Waffle House or a Taco Bell and losing their minds. Stuff we don’t even like or care about is wildly superior to everything everywhere else. We have no idea how rich we are.

Not just that. People in South/north America, Australia, Asia etc. all have to wake up in weird tikes to watch their team in the league/cl. It’s okay if we have to so it for once.
Obviously I’m not old enough to remember but was everyone this upset with the World Cup kick off times for Japan and South Korea? Just feels like people making a fuss out of nothing. Not every World Cup is going to be Euro centric.

There is no reason to build up with a 32 against Morocco’s 442. Your double pivot is already covered by the forwards, making passing through the middle very hard. The 3rd centre back is a waist. Go to the wings & overload there to progress.

Morocco has been on fire until now. Their intensity, their decision making and off the ball discipline has been fantastic until now, with their intensity being too much for Brazil. Whatever happens today, knocking out Morocco won’t be easy.

I knew this would happen. It’s always the games you think will be uneventful and are at weird times, that end up turning completely absurd.

I used to go to a guy every Saturday. One time I went back to Egypt for 2 months and when I came back he hugged me. The guy thought I died. When I moved I went to tell him goodbye.
Thinking the kebab man cares abt you is like an even lower version of thinking strippers are actually into you

Would also add that South Africa isn’t good enough to use Mexico’s vulnerabilities. They play slow, when they should move faster and vice versa and their passing isn’t good. Whether that’s timing, placement or weight of the pass.
Both Mexico and South Africa show vulnerabilities off the ball. Mexico leaves so much space down the center and South Africa shows signs of exploiting it through counters or through building wide, drag Mexico midfielders wide and then access the center. But, South Africa is unable to find that continuity and go from the middle to the final third.

He’ll perform multiple roles for us. That’s what makes Bernardo Silva so great, his versatility

Oh shit it turned out this rumour is true

A lot of people are saying France, but I can’t see them reaching 3 world cup finals in a row. Hope Brazil or Portugal win it.

Who’s winning the World Cup guys? I don’t think there is any straight favourites and the way football has grown globally don’t write any team off. Fatigue and injuries will play a big part with schedule congestion.

The problem is that even more has happened
» 😭🥶 🗞️ @lequipe

Should've been the stadium for the Final.
The amazing Estadio Azteca. What a view. A stadium steeped in history. Pele and Maradona both won World Cups here. The Hand of God goal… goal of the century… so many memories and now inside it feels really special ⚽️

Either you believe anything any journalist says or you're just pushing an agenda that you have. We ain't signing Silva. Looking at the last 4 years does he fit the type of transfers we make? Gvardiol was linked with us since his Leipzig days. Your clubs is always mentioning us.
This is the Barcelona obsession we are talking about. Whatever Barcelona want, we also want. Real Madrid never wanted to sign Bernardo Silva initially. They are signing him just because Barcelona wanted him. They rushed to sign Dumfries on a desperate 4-year deal for a 30-year-old player, just to make sure he doesn't end up at Barcelona. The same way they want to sign Gvardiol after learning that Flick's preferred option is Gvardiol and not Bastoni or Schlotterbeck. They submitted a €150m bid for Alvarez and publicly announced it (when do clubs start doing that?) just because they don't want him to end up at Barcelona and make the deal complicated. Now they are pushing to sign Marc Cucurella just because Barcelona also wanted him. This is how they signed Arda Güler and most of their legends. This is not normal; it is an acute obsession. Always wanting to block Barcelona by all possible means. A supposed 'biggest club' doesn't have a project other than blocking its rival. This is an example of the theory of people who have forgotten themselves
