You’ve seen #ThePolygamist and saw how Jonasi went out… just know, that is not just TV drama, it is real life consequences. Multiple partners without protection increase your risk of STIs and HIV. Ignoring treatment does not make it go away, it makes it worse. Knowing your status is power. Using protection is responsibility. Taking your treatment is survival. If you stopped treatment, come back, reinitiate and stay on it to achieve an undetectable viral load. This means living a healthier life with zero risk of passing HIV on to others. Remember, prevention options such as PrEP and Lenacapavir can help protect against HIV, but condoms are still essential to protect against STIs like gonorrhoea, syphilis, herpes, chlamydia and more, as well as unwanted pregnancies. Still on #ThePolygamist I'll be on this topic for a while. Let's talk about Sarah kissing her uncle Magesh. Men who prey on minors will tell you kids "came onto them". They'll tell you they were "seduced by the loose/fast kid". "Oh I couldn't help myself". "She's been throwing herself at me". Same applies to teachers, bosses and others with power due to age or position. And we always tell them, It's the responsibility of the adult or person in power, Not to rape a minor or student or sleep with a subordinate, Even when they are the ones to initiate contact. Magesh showed how it's done By rejecting the kiss from Sarah, And reporting it to her mother, All the while understanding that Sarah was a troubled child. He refused to take advantage of her. If Sarah had kissed Jonasi, There's no guarantee he would have stopped her. #Abuseofpower #ThePolygamist

You are 💯 correct. That's the very reason I chose Gomora and not Gumede.

This was very crucial to the storyline, him being a Zulu man. They’re known to be very stubborn and most prefer traditional medicine over western medicine. That for me was such a lovely element to add, also tapped into his pride.
Guy’s a multi-millionaire using home remedies for HIV 😭😭😭😭😭

Hi women, can you post pictures or talk about your academic achievements? I need some motivation this month. If you see this tweet, share it so women can see it.

That’s how South Africans treat other Africans, they kill or harm them wether legal or illegal immigrants… they deserve no support from other Africans

The same parents who travel long distances to help/ grieve/ celebrate their friends? The ones greeting almost everyone from church to the market? They model alot about community and friendship. Alot of us think we're too good for mundane things. Let's be serious please.
I think our elders didn’t do a good job at modeling how friendship changes from adolescence/young adulthood to 30s and beyond. A lot of us think friendships are supposed to look & feel like they did when we were in high-school & college. & thats just not realistic.
