@g__j I hate to say it, as I really like your offering (Intelligent Go & SME customer), but your customer service feels like it's getting worse. Long phone wait times, got cut off by an operator who couldn't understand my acc # (not acceptable), and 3 days for an email back.

I've also looked in to getting solar, batteries or both through yourselves (and my enquiries there have been handled well), but your current general customer service wait times put me off.
Always through instantly in my 4 years with Eon prior. Would love to see it sorted. 👍

@British_Airways you cancelled my flight while we were sat on the tarmac *113 days ago* and left me out of pocket by 100s of £s for hotels, let alone compensation.
I submitted the claim the day after I returned, yet still no reply. British Airways, how is 113 days acceptable? 😕

Yesterday I was lucky enough to have the most incredible day touring the @MercedesAMGF1 F1 Factory, courtesy of the guys at @noblechairs 🏎️
I wasn’t allowed to take any photos on the tour (for obvious reasons!), but it was nothing short of amazing 🙌
