Please dont build Zephyr on ADC, get Phantom Dancer istead.
With 325 base movement speed you get 6 less movement speed, get 15% more attack speed, get 25% crit which opens up other slots and its 170 gold cheaper (by selling boots) and you have ghosted which can be nice.

Can anyone tell me how Milio is not getting giga hotfixed in the state he is in right now? Feels like laning is super oppressive into most matchups (might lose vs mages, have not seen it yet) but he smashes enchanter/tank matchups easily and is just broken going into midgame
