At this point i think I'd vote YES to increase the NCL.
As much as I think the past should play a big part of our decision making, I am watching the Critical Integrations Call (Pentad) and am having a bit of a change of heart.
I do think that @Cardano_CF and @emurgo_io have the sauce to get into these rooms and make the deals we want.
I am not endorsing the pentad but I am endorsing what i heard in this call. A push to involve the community more, there are many qualified teams out there ready to help and hungry to make these integrations successful. But we simply don't feel included.
@phillip_pon made some insanely valid points that I am 100% in alignment with.
Am i just being told what I want to hear? Can we make the budget super airtight and continue to deliver big integrations fast? I am interested.
