Happening now at the #GBWN Annual Meeting: an interactive workshop on AI and digital advocacy tools with Valeria Babără from Gender Justice! Learning to leverage innovations, data visualization, and strategic messaging to strengthen #CSOs’ #GenderResponsiveBudgeting efforts.

At the moment at #GBWN Annual Meeting, we’re focusing on result-oriented advocacy and outreach with Mersiha Jaksic (@cpcdba). With framing messages for policymakers, media, and the public, using data storytelling, we’re gaining tools to elevate #GenderResponsiveBudgeting impact.

After concluding a key vote that expands our #GBWN scope beyond regional boundaries, we’re now presenting our long-term strategy. Members will soon vote to finalize this plan, setting the course for broader collaboration and greater global impact in #GenderResponsiveBudgeting.

On the last day of the #CSW68, a pleasure to join @GenderBudget Network (GBWN) and #KHSI along with partners and co-sponsors @OECD @AustrianDev @womenBudgetGrp @EuropeanWomen My take at the Expert Group Side event: “Experience with gender-responsive budgeting, and very nascent efforts on budgeting for gender and #disability inclusion, provide entry points for intersectional analysis and its application across the policy-setting, planning and budgeting cycle.  If we are serious about #SDG’s mantra of ‘Leaving no one behind’ #LNOB, we must embrace an intersectional approach to budgeting and finance to reduce poverty and ensure inclusive and accessible financing to enable an #EqualFuture for everyone.
