Two days ago $SNOW released their Q4 FY 2024 earnings during which they announced that Frank Slootman is retiring. The stock dropped 20% thereafter. Was the drop all attributed to Slootman's departure or was there more?

Microsoft recently disclosed that Github CoPilot generates about $156M in ARR as per their most recent quarterly earning. That's a big number.
The question I have is, is CoPilot creating that much value? Microsoft claims it is "supercharging developer productivity"

I don't disagree that CoPilot is a very powerful and useful tool, but supercharging productivity? Do we have any empirical evidence of that?
