We have secured DRIVE35 funding (via DBT, APC UK and Innovate UK) to accelerate lithium extraction at our United Downs geothermal site. This supports the scale-up of sustainable, low-carbon lithium production for the automotive sector.

We’re supporting UK geothermal growth through projects like PUSH-IT, exploring heat storage in Cornwall’s abandoned mines using United Downs as a source. Last week’s Falmouth meeting enabled knowledge sharing with partners including Fraunhofer IEG and a GEL site visit.
