Marc Andreessen explains future belongs to generalist in the AI era. Founders will need skills across 6–8 fields. Deep expertise still matters, but broad knowledge plus AI tools will be more valuable in most areas. Top CEOs already operate this way.

Nano Banana Pro / Gemini 3 Pro Image is crazy. It turned this blueprint into a realistic 3D image. It did not just create the image, it first read the blueprint properly and then created the final output with every small detail. Blueprint source image added below 👇
Official : Google DeepMind has launched Nano Banana Pro aka Gemini 3 Pro Image , I was one of the early testers, Thank you Google DeepMind team. Some major improvements : - 1K 2K and 4K image generation - More accurate legible text in multiple languages - Better consistency across concepts characters and styles - Precise localized editing for any part of an image I asked it to explain Transformer Architecture , this is incredible stuff. Some prompts and image examples from my early testing 👇

And when you realize the 64 hexagrams of the I’Ching map perfectly to the 64 codons of your DNA…you can begin to understand how Human Design works. We are all binary beings living in a computational universe.

Just. Wow. As we went over Mexico and the U.S. this morning, I caught this sprite. Sprites are TLEs or Transient Luminous Events, that happen above the clouds and are triggered by intense electrical activity in the thunderstorms below. We have a great view above the clouds, so scientists can use these types of pictures to better understand the formation, characteristics, and relationship of TLEs to thunderstorms.

Recently, I've been playing with my iPhone ToF sensor, but the problem has always been the abysmal resolution (256x192). The team behind DepthAnything released PromptDepthAnything that fixes this. Using @Polycam3D to collect the raw data, @Gradio to generate a UI, and @rerundotio to visualize. Links at the end of the thread

🚨 Why are the Trumps buying $47M in ETH, wBTC, & more while launching Solana & ETH coins? 🤔 Here’s what it could mean: 1️⃣ Liquidity: They might need ETH & wBTC to create liquidity pools for smooth trading of their coins on DEXs (even if built on Solana, cross-chain assets like wBTC/ETH matter). 2️⃣ Collateral: ETH & wBTC could back their Solana coins or fund growth via DeFi platforms like Aave. 3️⃣ Interoperability: Holding ETH/wBTC connects their Solana coins to Ethereum’s ecosystem, broadening utility. 4️⃣ Partnerships: Buying LINK/AAVE/TRX may suggest integrations with oracles, lending, and cross-chain tools. 5️⃣ Credibility & Market Impact: Large investments in blue-chip assets boost trust, stabilize liquidity, and give them influence. 💡 Even if their coins are built on Solana, this play builds a bridge to Ethereum & DeFi. Strategic? Absolutely. What’s your take? Drop it below! ⬇️

Marc Andreessen: Elon inspires incredible loyalty from his employees because they know he'll sit all night with them to solve a problem. “Elon actually delegates almost everything. He's not involved in most of the things that his companies are doing.  He's involved in the thing that is the biggest problem right now until that thing is fixed. And then, he doesn't have to be involved in it anymore, he can go focus on the next thing that's the biggest problem for that company right now.  In manufacturing, there's this concept of the bottleneck. In any manufacturing chain, there's always some bottleneck, something that is keeping the manufacturing line from running the way that it's supposed to. Whatever the bottleneck, it's holding everything up.  The job number one is to remove that bottleneck and get everything flowing again. I think Elon basically has universalized that concept and he basically looks at every company like it's some sort of conceptual assembly line.  I don't need to manage everything else because everything else, by definition, is running better than that. I can go focus on that.  A lot of CEOs, especially non-technical CEOs, would really struggle to implement his method. When he identifies the bottleneck, he goes and he talks to the line engineers who understand the technical nature of the bottleneck.  If it's people on a manufacturing line, he's talking to people directly on the line. Or if that's people in a software development group, he's talking to the people actually writing the code.  He's not asking the VP of Engineering to ask the Director of Engineering to ask the manager to ask the individual contributor to write a report that's to be reviewed in three weeks. He doesn't do that. He would throw them all out of the window. There's just no way he would do that.  He goes and personally finds the engineer who actually has the knowledge about the thing, and then he sits in the room with that engineer and fixes the problem with them.  This is why he inspires such incredible loyalty, especially from the technical people who he works with. They're like, wow, if I'm up against a problem I don't know how to solve, freaking Elon Musk is going to show up in his Gulfstream jet, and he's going to sit with me overnight in front of the keyboard or in front of the manufacturing line, and he's going to help me figure this out.” Interview of @pmarca by @ChrisWillx on Youtube, December 14, 2024

Why don’t guitar stores want you playing Stairway to Heaven? Because every time someone tries, it only turns “lead” into “dead silence”—and nobody’s found the alchemical formula to turn that solo into gold since 1971! 🎸✨
