Club Statement.
After discussions this morning between the first team manager and the club owner, Matt has resigned as the manager of Bracknell Town FC.
Matt wants to thank everyone for their support and wishes all associated with the club the best for the future.
The club extends its gratitude to Matt for his contributions and also wishes him all the best for the future.

Very sad news. I spoke to Steve most weeks during his spell as Notts manager and he was always entertaining and witty.
I still laugh about some of his quotes, including after a controversial defeat at MK Dons: 'If the ref was on fire I'd dial 998'. Rest in peace Thommo.

We're sad to report the news that the former Notts County manager Steve Thompson has died after a long battle with cancer.
Thompson was assistant to Colin Murphy in the mid-90s and returned to manage the Magpies himself in 2006.
