Delighted to be working with @precisionfandh this year. Been using their carb drink mix (mix with their hydration 1500) and flow gels on the bike this year, training the gut for 80-100grams of carbohydrates hour in preparation for this season.

Sports nutrition guidelines recommend a max of 90g of carbs per hour.
But endurance pros are now pushing to 120g/hr and beyond, and new science shows the body can handle it. The unanswered question, at this point, is whether it makes you faster.

Dirty Reiver 200km Done
That was a steep learning curve yesterday! Happy to sneak into top 20 after starting in the 2nd wave and pushing far too hard at the start to catch up with the first wave. Spent the last 60km suffering far too much for an event that is not a race 🤷♂️😉!
