Added in some traditional lifting this week to complement my @ddpyoga and help shed the new dad weight. Gotta make up for some lost time somehow 😂 It felt good to be doing my DDPY in a gym again, even if it's just me in a corner at the local Crunch Fitness

I've had to accept the fact I can't workout in a house filled with boxes so I've given up and joined the local @CrunchGym. It's been a bit since I was in a public gym regularly but I'll happily share my gainz with others 💪
