Result: A Black teenager in Texas faces 5 to 99 years before an all-white jury. Now here's what they want you to believe: that one Black juror who told the court he couldn't be impartial somehow explains all of this away. It doesn't. One juror self-selecting out does not explain three prosecutorial strikes that removed every remaining Black juror while a white educator kept their seat. The truth isn't complicated.
