And they cancelled my order for a third time after advising me the order would go through ๐ค also havenโt heard anything about the laptop I ordered in store over a week ago when I was told it would be 3 days! Absolute shit show @currys ๐ค

Ordered a gaming laptop, a new iPhone and other bits from @currys and had the order cancelled immediately with no information. Had to wait a week for the refund and two weeks to get a decent response from customer service which still didnโt tell me anything. Went into the store ~

Why are you able to order these things online that say theyโre in stock if the order is just going to be cancelled anyway? Itโs a large amount of money to be waiting on a refund for again and just such a waste of time. I wanted to try get everything together to make it easy ~
