Day 61 of learning backend πŸš€ I realized a dangerous problem today: What's stopping someone from creating a fake fundraiser? Built an admin review system where every campaign gets approved, rejected, or featured before going public. Features matter. Trust matters more.

Day 60 of learning backend πŸš€ Today I built the fundraising foundation for my alumni platform. Campaigns can now have goals, deadlines, categories, organizers, donation history, and progress tracking. Spent more time designing the data structure than writing endpoints πŸ˜…

Day 59 of learning backend πŸš€ Built the complete backend powering the Careers section today. Members can now post jobs, browse opportunities, view details, and manage their own listings. The hardest part wasn't coding. It was figuring out who should be allowed to do what.

Your first salary changed your life more than your degree did.

What's something you thought rich people did that you now realize normal people do too?

Nothing prepares you for the speed at which money can leave your account 😭

Day 57 of learning backend πŸš€ Built the foundation for the Careers feature inside my alumni platform today. Spent more time than expected figuring out what job data actually matters: salary ranges, remote roles, deadlines, tags, categories. #BuildInPublic #100DaysOfCode

When you ask someone for money and they say they don't have it, don't take it personally β€” you also don't have it.

things that will get you hired as a developer faster than a perfect portfolio: -being easy to work with -communicating clearly when you're stuck - delivering something small and reliable over something big and late -showing up consistently

Day 55 of learning backend πŸš€ One thing I've learned from building products: Features don't matter if people can't find them. Today I added: - Search - Category filters - Upcoming-only view for the events section. #BuildInPublic #100DaysOfCode

The amount of confidence some people have with no evidence needs to be studied.

the people who seem to have it all figured out are usually just better at not showing the confusion you're not behind everyone is figuring it out as they go some are just quieter about it

Day 54 of learning backend πŸš€ Building software is teaching me that "Create" is usually the easy part. Managing what gets created is where things get interesting. Today I built event submissions for alumni: βœ… Reunions βœ… Webinars βœ… Networking sessions βœ… Fundraisers
