Medicine is a beautiful profession. Our system obfuscates that. I'm lucky I get to see its beauty more clearly at a safety net hospital, where billing comes second. Thanks @NPR for letting me talk about this and the patients that have stuck with me

I feel like it’s important for everyone’s sanity to hang on to the fact that nothing happened today. Trump was neither indicted nor arrested, nor did he reveal any credible info that he would be. He just posted a provocation on his social media platform and watched everyone jump.
