Do I have this right?
Do NOT allow NJ to use legally cast votes (from registered voters, with valid mail-in ballots) to count in the NJ state totals.
BUT
If you live in NC- vote TWICE!
Once by mail-in ballot (bc...?) & then go vote in person on Nov 3rd, which is a felony. ๐คฏ

The overall story, so far: Nothing here looks like a story of various campaign decisions or a VP choice or big set piece speeches. It's an electorate mad at the incumbent WH's record and expressing it pretty uniformly everywhere, blue and red states alike.
