Giveth product lead here. Some of this is actually blatantly false.
There was no matching decrease from projects with any NFT affiliation - I have no idea where you are getting that from.
Opensea's donation of $4500 to Boring Security fully counted. I actually looked at the results of what it would like this if it was included, or taken out. That donation alone led to 0.23 ETH more in matching for BS.
And we have also done a lot of experimentation comparing COCM to regular QF, and analysis on the results both for this round and in the past.
We even built a dashboard as an education tool where you can download the results from the round yourself and experiment some more:
