THIS. I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately as I sit through meeting after meeting that is not conducive to the way I can offer helpful, productive input.
I have things to say about educator feedback like this: “you’re too quiet—you have thoughtful things to say, pls speak up more”
1. Couldn’t it be that I have prescreened the comments I didn’t find useful to share?
2. Did you tell others to speak up less?
3. Maybe I’m not broken?
