The Fall 2021 MSGH Field Research Modules have begun! Samantha Roy and David Pohlemus are in Dodowa, Ghana attached to the Dodowa Health Research Centre.
Liz Feuillebois is conducting her research module in San Cristobal de las Casas, Mexico. Her study will explore sociodemographic and epidemiological factors associated with COVID-19 mortality rates among the urban poor in Chiapas.
Natalie Fahsen Paetau is conducting a study at @ecosurmx on the impact of COVID-19 on mental health and barriers to psychological and psychiatric support in Chiapas, Mexico
Great work from our MSGH students in Ghana this spring! Sarah Alummootil conducted her module @UHASGhana. Her qualitative study explored COVID-19 impacts on labor and delivery unit service delivery at the Ho Teaching Hospital.
