Going via BILLING they MUTED the CALL first and then after 2 mins DISCONNECTED the CALL. This incident via McAfee's BILLING DEPARTMENT happened TWICE.

@BSNLCorporate The entire 0469 STD code is having issues. Calls to numbers with this STD code can never be made due to issues at the EXCHANGE. When calling from outside India to this STD code the message says “SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE”.
