Fitness Suite Jnr Access: With immediate effect, all juniors aged 11 - 15 must vacate the gym before 6:30pm on weekdays unless supervised by an adult member. Full access is included during weekends. Thank you π

Well done ππΌ to #Year4 who bravely took part in Drowning Prevention activities today at @GoActiveSTH Newton le Willows. They learned important life skills such as how it feels to go into water fully clothed and how to rescue someone in water.
