IMO when cannabis is legalized in USA
There will either be a full retail prohibition like draft CAOA.
Or
There will be a distribution tier introduced like FAA, where a Mfgr CANNOT also be a distributor.
Why? “Level playing field for retail”.
Verticality distorts markets.
