Crazy to think that the whole ethos and mechanics being GoFit4Fun research and games is in line with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child - for kids to have a voice to be heard, yo choose what/how to play, to have FUN in a community. theguardian.com/sport/blog/2…

Some wonderful post covid news: @GoFit4Fun is collaborating with @ArchesSSP and @lab4living! Today @Rob_zone83 was training 4 health coaches from the Arches to deliver two of the Boost Up! saga of games over the next 7 weeks 🎲🏃🏾♀️🤸🏽♂️

The health coaches loved the games, the cards, the timer, the box, and the health challenges got everyone moving!!! They even said it'd be great games to play with all the staff there 🙏 so much enthusiasm it's great to see! More to come over the next weeks, watch this space 👍
