Still waiting on callback after @AmericanExpress assures me my @HiltonHotels giftcards have active balance esp since @rpgcardservices replaced them as a solution to the cards being declined. @HiltonHonors says Hilton Madison Monona hotel has to help me. Alot of passing the buck.

@HiltonHonors Make this make sense… your website links directly to Hilton gift cards yet your hotel can’t figure out how to use them. My visit today ended in frustration with @Hilton for this misrepresentation & money spent I hadn’t planned on. Why would anyone trust your brand?
