It’s one of my favorite team building exercises to build a stronger team. You can do this with your work team or family team. Have everyone pick a word for the year and share with each other why you chose it. You’ll create stronger connections as you share your words and your whys. We are wrapping up National Assistant Principals Week with a spotlight on Erin Pitt, Assistant Principal at @LanceElementary in @NorthwestISD! We have loved celebrating a few of our @GoLead11 graduates, and are so thankful for assistant principals their exceptional work! 👏

As we continue to celebrate Assistant Principals Week, today we are spotlighting Veronica Ogbeide, a 2023 @GoLead11 graduate and Assistant Principal at @ForneyISD. We are so proud of the work Veronica and all of our GoLead11 graduates do! 🙌
