More teams should try to do what the Packers did with Rodgers and now Jordan Love.
Not saying every QB needs it and obv you need the luxury of a prime franchise QB to let a 1st rounder marinate for 3 years, but they are 2 for 2 in a practice that usually has a 10% hit rate.
