Played his usual stellar defense at 2B, but this year dedicated himself to an off-season workout program and put on 20 lbs of muscle. The on-field result? Became Halos' most reliable arm on the mound. 7 quality starts in as many outings despite drawing the toughest opponents. Raised his batting average an eye-popping 184 points, from .264 to .448. And xtra-base hits went from 2 to a team-leading 11. This 4-year varsity starter showed tremendous growth in all phases during his time at STM. Will play next year for NCAA D3 Widener Univ. (Chester, PA). Good luck and Godspeed, Brock Grow!
