Welcome to my corner of Web3. I'm Satoru. A Community Manager, Community Builder, Ambassador, and Content Writer passionate about helping projects grow through people, not just marketing. Over the years, I've worked with different communities, supported projects at various stages, and learned one important thing: People don't stay because of hype. They stay because they feel connected. That's why I'm interested in more than just numbers. I enjoy understanding community behavior, creating content that resonates, building engagement systems, and helping projects create environments where people genuinely want to participate. On this page, you'll find my thoughts on: • Community building & retention • Content & storytelling • Growth strategies • Founder and project insights • Lessons from Web3 Whether you're building a project, managing a community, or simply navigating Web3, I hope something here helps. Always learning. Always building. Want one of my services, my DMs open always and anytime.

Hot take: A community with 100 active members is healthier than one with 10,000 silent members. Activity creates culture. Culture creates loyalty. Loyalty survives bear markets.

A lot of founders think community building starts after launch. I think it starts much earlier. The way you answer questions. The way you handle feedback. The way you treat your earliest supporters. People remember those things. Hope ya'll day is going pretty well

One thing I've noticed after spending time in different Web3 communities: People rarely leave because the product is bad. Most leave because they don't feel connected to anything. No friendships. No recognition. No reason to stay. Community isn't a growth strategy. It's a retention strategy.

I thought @CUPcards_sol was just another “Web3 collectible project” until I looked closer. It’s not trying to sell cards. It’s trying to turn attention into ownership. And that changes everything.

CUP Cards is not asking for promotion. It's asking a different question: "What happens when users become the marketing layer itself?" That's the experiment. And it's already live.

If you understand that, you don't just create content for CUP Cards. → you become part of how it spreads. A few will actually go deeper. @CUPcards_sol | cup.cards Start with the packs and decide where you stand. Amazing packs i unlocked from CUP Cards.

Just found something on @RallyOnChain that actually lets you earn from posting like this. There is a $5,000 prize pool live right now and top 10 winners are getting close to $500 each. Creators are getting paid daily just for showing up early on Rally and most people are still sleeping on it. I am posting this as part of the campaign but honestly it feels like one of those early internet moments where attention is still being rewarded properly. If you are active on X this might be worth looking at before it gets crowded
