Hi @waitrose, we found this on our @goodgym volunteering session yesterday and thought you’d like to see it 😊 Sadly it was no good for a cuppa anymore!🥛
ALT An old white tin which says in blue letters that it contained low-fat/skimmed instant milk from Waitrose. It doesn’t anymore!

GoodGymer in the news
Diya fundraised for a specially designed bike. The bike is the latest in transport for older people in Maidenhead, allowing a volunteer to whisk them off wherever they need to go.
The idea, and bike, come from Denmark - an initiative called Without Age.

New research by LSE has shown that @goodgym boosts members’ life satisfaction by over 20%.
The unique combination of physical exercise and volunteering was found to greatly improve mental health.
