I've had @GoodRanchers shrimp in my freezer... always wanting it, but always frozen.
Good grief... today it dawned on me to coat the frozen shrimp with a little olive oil and Old Bay seasoning and toss them in the air fryer.
Delicious. Genius. Oh my goodness, why didn't you tell me how easy it is for a high-protein lunch? LOL
