We’re hearing from people who got scam texts claiming they need to pay a toll bill immediately or show up in court. These texts and websites may look realistic, but are from scammers. Do not click on the link or pay. We only ever ask you to pay at MyGoodToGo.com.
An example of a scam text. There is a warning at the top from Good To Go! reminded everyone the image is a scam. The image itself looks official claiming to be from the District Court of King County, cites the correct RCWs and has the Washington state seal.

Remember to regularly review your Good To Go! account to ensure your contact info is up-to-date, your credit card is still valid, and everything else is correct. We recommend checking monthly like you would with a credit card statement. It helps avoid penalties and fees.

Did you get a toll bill in the mail you weren’t expecting? Don’t just ignore it! Especially if you already have an account – that means something on your account needs attention.

Did you get a text about a toll bill that you’re questioning? Well if it’s truly from Good To Go! it will come from 75381. If it's from any other number it’s a scam. And remember: If you don't have an account we won’t have your number and can’t text you.

Good To Go! has four different kinds of passes that make paying for tolls easier and less expensive. All of them work on every toll road in Washington, but each pass serves a different purpose so you can pick which one works best for your situation.
