I’m entering hospice today. Will probably update every little if at all. But I wanted to say to be kind, be brave, be principled, be an idealist. Most importantly, be a decent human. I love that we existed together, in this moment of time.

The country has spoken, democracy worked despite being imperfect and whether you liked the results or not. Talk to your neighbors. Unity was never going to be up to one person, it’s up to all of us in everyday interactions. The small moments and the big ones. 🇺🇸

Whatever happens in a couple weeks, just a reminder to be kind to your neighbors. Regardless of your political leanings, those who feel differently aren’t disappearing. It’s up to all of us to do the hard work to bridge our national divides. It starts with individual kindness 🇺🇸

Let's remember Charlottesville—a mob of people carrying tiki torches, spewing anti-semitic hate and what did Trump say? “There were fine people on each side.” It's time to turn the page, stand for our democracy, and to end the chaos.

Donald Trump has been prosecuted for national security crimes, economic crimes, election interference—and has been found liable for sexual assault. Let’s be clear: I will always stand for the rule of law.

Let’s be clear: This is illegal and unconstitutional. The American people had voted. The courts had ruled. The Electoral College had met and voted. The Governor in every state had certified the results and sent a legal slate of electors to the Congress to be counted. The Vice President has no constitutional authority to tell states to submit alternative slates of electors because his candidate lost. That is tyranny. Our institutions held on Jan 6 because Mike Pence refused to violate his oath to the Constitution. Trump picked JD Vance because Vance will do whatever Trump wants, including violating the Constitution. They are both far too dangerous to serve. It’s our duty to stop them.

Men like that begin as boys who follow a bad example at school or at home — or maybe watching Fox News over their dad’s shoulder. They are bullied and made to feel they aren’t masculine.
