Saints practice is now over:
-Went 11v11 for the first time , Etienne had 2 nice runs during the period
- During 7v7, 1st team defense played well.. Shough’s best throw came on a shallow cross to Bryce Lance, overall offensive operation wasn’t as clean

Kellen Moore said the Saints have kept Chris Olave out of team drills this offseason because he's still recovering from the blood clot that kept him out late last season.

Some quick practice thoughts:
- Alvin Kamara was indeed back and worked into some individual stuff, but didn’t take any 7-on-7 reps.
- Tyler Shough with a pair of back-to-back great throws that captured his aggressiveness on third down. Throws were to Polk and Austin.
- Zach Wilson maybe had the throw of the day with a bomb to Bryce Lance, who beat his man with a double move.
- Chris Olave and Chase Young were notable absences.

Some notes on the second set of Saints OTAs. Few new absences today.
- Didn’t see Chase Young and that meant a lot of extra reps for Chris Rumph. Alvin Kamara was indeed back. Did individual drills, but not team or walkthrough.
- Jordyn Tyson participated in stretch but not drills. Oscar Delp and Christen Miller also didn’t do drills.
- Tyler Shough looks really confident right now. A few nice balls on crossers to Ja’Lynn Polk and Kevin Austin. Zach Wilson also had a pretty deep ball to Bryce Lance.
- Jonas Sanker in the slot again. Beanie Bishop and Jayden Price were the other guys getting rep, which, imo, signals that he’s the guy there … not really a competition. Justin Reid and Julian Blackmon at the safety spots.

Bombshell: The Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, per @rapsheet, @TomPelissero and me.
In exchange for Garrett, the Rams are expected to send Pro-Bowl edge Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft-pick compensation still being negotiated to the Browns.

Saints OTA practice is done, pretty light work as expected.
Tyler Shough looked pretty sharp during 7-on-7 went 10-12 …. Had a nice throw to DeVaughn Vele on a deep out for about 15 yards
Also connected with Juwan Johnson on a big gain on a double move
