While Quad has been full of discussions, it is not producing hard results. So Bilateral with Japan maybe more useful. Taiwan strait crisis will be hugely threatening for Indian supply chain. @VGokhale59 @CIC_Chennai

China is building systematically building the frameworks for a world power: Asian Infra Bank (bigger than world bank now), ADB, Currency Swap, payment networks, Shangai Coop Bank and onwards. What if a "G-2" of China and USA was informally formed. Only they have 21st technologies: AI, Bio, Space, Block Chain, under water. We are, like EU, still on missilesz nuclear and drones.
