Telling people they're dumb fires up a natural defensive response & it's usually wrong anyway. Human brains vary enormously in capacity for educational achievement, but a low capacity is seldom 'dumb'.

Social media is clearly amplifying societal anxiety which results in violence and anger.
There has to be accountability for inciting mob violence that is effective deterring both foreign and domestic miscreants.
